By using Pilio, you agree to these terms.
About Our Services
Pilio provides AI generation, image and video processing, watermark and background tools, PDF and document workflows, and related services. Some limited features may be available through a guest flow. Other features require an account, credits, a subscription, or a time-limited pass. Availability, access requirements, and prices may vary by feature, model, specification, and market and are shown in the applicable product interface.
We may change, add, limit, or discontinue features as the service evolves. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Accounts, Credits, and Purchases
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for activity performed through your account.
- Credits, subscription benefits, passes, prices, billing periods, renewal behavior, and any applicable limits are governed by the terms shown at purchase and in the relevant product interface.
- Some plans renew automatically; other passes are one-time purchases and do not renew automatically. Review the checkout description before purchasing.
- Credits may be reserved or deducted when a task is created and may be adjusted or returned based on the task's result and the applicable billing policy.
- Payment processing may be provided by third-party payment processors. Additional refund or cancellation terms shown during purchase or in a separate policy also apply.
Your Content and Acceptable Use
You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload, process, or generate content through Pilio. You must not use the service to:
- upload, create, or distribute illegal or harmful content;
- infringe privacy, intellectual-property, publicity, or other rights;
- distribute malware or attempt unauthorized access;
- interfere with service operation, evade limits, or abuse credits or guest access;
- reverse engineer the service except where applicable law expressly permits it.
You retain the rights you already hold in content you submit. You grant Pilio and the service providers involved in a requested workflow the limited rights needed to host, transmit, process, and return that content. Rights in generated outputs can depend on applicable law, the selected model, provider terms, and third-party rights; Pilio does not promise that an output is exclusive or eligible for intellectual-property protection.
Files, Results, and Privacy
- Browser-local tools keep the described processing on your device.
- Ordinary cloud uploads and conversion results are temporary by default and follow the configured service lifecycle; they are not guaranteed to remain downloadable indefinitely and are not necessarily physically deleted as soon as processing finishes.
- Generated assets and files explicitly saved for an account's asset library or later reuse may be retained under a longer lifecycle. Archiving or deleting an asset can involve delayed, asynchronous cleanup and reference checks.
- You should keep your own copy of important inputs and results.

Pilio's software, site design, branding, and trademarks are owned by Pilio or its licensors. These terms do not grant you rights to use them except as needed to access the service.
Disclaimers and Liability
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. AI and automated processing can produce incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable results. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on or publishing them. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Pilio is not responsible for indirect losses or for interruptions and data loss caused by events outside our reasonable control.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. We will publish the updated version and revise the date above; additional notice will be provided when required by applicable law.
